USA H1 Work Visa

The H1B work visa is initiated by an employer in the United States. The employer must have an open job position and they cannot find an American employee who is qualified enough to complete the work. This can be any position that requires higher education degrees or that is specialized enough in skills that not many people can do it successfully.
Step 1: Determine Eligibility
- Educational Qualifications: Ensure you have the necessary educational background, typically a bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant field.
- Specialty Occupation: Verify that your job role qualifies as a specialty occupation under H1 visa regulations.
Step 2: Job Offer and Sponsorship
- Employer Sponsorship: Obtain a job offer from Dream Path Overseas, as your employer must sponsor your H1 visa application.
- Labor Condition Application (LCA): Dream Path Overseas will file an LCA with the U.S. Department of Labor, ensuring compliance with wage and working conditions requirements.
Step 3: Prepare Documentation
- Personal Documents: Collect your passport, educational certificates, resume, and previous employment records.
- Employer Documents: Dream Path Overseas will provide the necessary documents, including the job offer letter, company information, and the LCA approval.
Step 4: File Form I-129
- Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker: Dream Path Overseas will file Form I-129 with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on your behalf, along with supporting documents and the required fee.
Step 5: USCIS Processing
- Review and Approval: USCIS will review the application. If approved, they will issue a Form I-797 (Notice of Action) as proof of approval.
- Premium Processing (Optional): For faster processing, premium processing can be requested, which guarantees a response within 15 calendar days for an additional fee.
Step 6: Visa Application at U.S. Consulate
- DS-160 Form: Complete the online nonimmigrant visa application form DS-160.
- Visa Appointment: Schedule an appointment at the U.S. consulate or embassy in your home country for an interview.
- Visa Interview: Attend the visa interview with all required documents, including your passport, Form DS-160 confirmation, Form I-797 approval notice, and supporting documents.
Step 7: Travel to the USA

Step 8: Post-Arrival Requiremnts
- Social Security Number (SSN): Apply for an SSN if you do not already have one.
