  • Offer of Place: Apply to the chosen institution and receive an Offer of Place once accepted.

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

  • Personal Documents:
    • Valid passport with at least three months’ validity beyond your intended stay.
    • Passport-sized photographs meeting New Zealand visa specifications.
  • Academic Documents:
    • Offer of Place from the educational institution.
    • Academic transcripts and certificates.
    • Proof of English language proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
  • Financial Documents:
    • Evidence of sufficient funds to cover tuition fees, living expenses, travel costs, and health insurance.
    • Bank statements, financial guarantee from a sponsor, or scholarship letters.
  • Health and Character Documents:

Step 3: Complete the Online Application

  • Create an Account: Register on the Immigration New Zealand website and create an account.
